Operations Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Review plant manufacturing projects from a safety, quality and efficiency point of view and make suggestions for improvement
- Track Total Quality Improvement Project (TQIP) submittals to ensure implementation and proper documentation
- Perform internal quality audits
- Provide technical advice and assistance
- Assist with implementation of process capability measurement and SPC techniques
- Participate in all plant product and process transfers from St. Paul to other manufacturing locations
- Provide management and maintenance support of ISO-9001 certification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or closely related physical science
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy (mainframe and PC)
- Motivated to develop personally and professionally
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities
Production Quality Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Develop safety standards, correct unsafe conditions and enforce safety rules
- Execute production plan per budgeted standards
- Implement plant labor and overhead budget
- Participate in product cost improvement
- Control quality and yields
- Plan production activities
- Supervise approximately 10 direct reports
- Select, train, motivate, promote and manage performance of staff based on company policy
- Typically reports to Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy (mainframe and PC)
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities
Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Develop safety standards, correct unsafe conditions and enforce safety rules
- Responsible for receipt and transfer of materials and equipment in and out of warehouse
- Responsible for all order filling activities, stock replenishments, and shipping of products at a facility
- Execute labor and overhead budget
- Generate and implement Total Quality Improvement Projects (TQIPs)
- Supervise approximately 2-10 direct reports
- Select, train, motivate, promote and manage performance of staff based on company policy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills
- Computer literacy (mainframe and PC)
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities
Production Planner
Responsibilities
- Works with plant and marketing staff to expedite components to support plant service level and provide an even flow of materials through production for new or changed products
- Monitor overall capacity by work center and request help from Plant/St. Paul as needed
- Generate Total Quality Improvement Projects (TQIPs)
- Manage product forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or related field. Degrees in Business or Logistics acceptable
- APICS certification preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities
