WHAT IS IT?
Lean Six Sigma is used by Ecolab as a building block for business process improvement.
It combines Lean principles that eliminate waste and non-value added work in a process with Six Sigma
tools that reduce unwanted process variation. Lean Six Sigma helps us create improved processes with
shorter cycle times and fewer defects, which ultimately adds value to our internal and external customers
by driving continuous improvement.
