| ECOLAB COMMUNITY GIVING CAMPAIGN |
Ecolab has a long tradition of making a difference in the communities where Ecolab associates live and work. Ecolab has supported the United Way since 1985, both through donations and organized giving campaigns in St. Paul as well as many manufacturing plants across the U.S.
Giving back to our communities is an important part of Ecolab’s global sustainability efforts. Not only do we offer sustainable products and services to our customers, and aim to produce sustainable long-term financial results, but we also want our communities to thrive. Our community giving campaign is a great way to support these efforts.
Each year, Ecolab associates are given the opportunity to contribute to United Way through our workplace giving campaign. Although this program is not mandatory, we encourage all associates to consider the unique needs of their communities and to participate in the campaign in a way that works for each individual.
