| VOLUNTEER. MAKE A DIFFERENCE. |
Ecolab associates and retirees understand they are part of a community that is much larger than their local facilities. Our associates and retirees are helping to make a difference by being active volunteers. They make our communities stronger and more vibrant places to live.
Volunteer opportunities are managed through the Community & Public Relations Department. We provide opportunities for our associates and retirees to be involved together in internal and external volunteer initiatives that focus on education and community partnerships, such as serving on grant committees, being e-mentors to a local high school students, participating in collection drives, and volunteering to build with Habitat for Humanity.
Additionally, Community Relations Councils at our major locations outside of Minnesota manage regional community and teacher grant programs, as well as volunteer initiatives in those communities.
