P3-lubodrive® JX is a new synthetic lube generation for
non-returnable PET bottle filling lines.
An advanced block copolymer chemistry used in P3-lubodrive® JX
together with other components creates an innovative,
patented formulation for unmatched performance and costs.
P3-lubodrive® JX:
- needs a low use concentration and has attractive use costs
- creates no foam
- can be used either on a standard or on an ultra high speed NR-PET filling line (above 60.000 b/h)
- ensures a smooth line operation even if ultra light bottles are filled (below 20g/b at 1.5 l)
- is compatible with chlorine dioxide
- does not react with beverage residues
- has high water compatibility
- is good biodegradable
Excellent lubrication performance, low use concentration and costs and the
fact that P3-lubodrive® JX does not create any water insoluble residues has
made this product a very attractive and competitive alternative for all
NR-PET filling lines lubricated today – either by silicone- or amine-based
lubricants.
