P3-tsunami 100 is a broad-spectrum agent for use in post-harvest,
fresh-cut and further processed fruit and vegetable wash- and transport
water systems.
P3-tsunami 100 is designed to achieve a reduction in microorganisms in wash-
and transport water, thereby reducing the effect of microorganisms on fruit
and vegetables.
The P3-Tsunami concept consists of a processing agent P3-tsunami 100, which
can be controlled continuously by P3-tsunami OLS monitoring- and dispensing
