Extended Bottle Life
Reduces corrosion of inner and outer walls of the bottle caused by the bottlewashing
operation and conveyor line friction. Useable life of bottles will be extended!
Initial studies show a 75% reduction in bottle corrosion as compared to
previous test results.
Lower Residues
Smoother inner wall surfaces of the bottle enable improved rinsability,
resulting in lower residues and therefore more food safety. Measurement
of surfactants showed a 67% reduction.
Increased Safety / Glass Durability
The less corroded the walls of the bottle are, the better the burst resistance
of the bottle. This is an extremely important factor in the personal and
physical safety of the end user. |
