DryExx® is Ecolab’s new, innovative dry lubrication concept which delivers an ultimate lubrication system.
This system is an extremely economical conveyor lubrication solution which is delivered in an overall Service
Program. It can be used on PET, Carton and Can lines with plastic conveyors belts that run on plastic glide rails.
A version suitable for Glass lines and/or stainless steel chains will be available shortly.

After exhaustive studies on existing delivery systems, Ecolab engineers designed a revolutionary and completely
non-contact dispensing system. This innovative approach builds on the traditional wet lubrication system and
consequently ensures a cost effective rework of existing lines.
Commissioning a DryExx® System requires the
installation of purpose built nozzles, a few extra valves and the special DryExx® controller and dosing unit.
Conversion to a DryExx® System is therefore not only easy but also very inexpensive.
