The Solumix stock solution system is a further
development of the well known stock solution dosage system. The stock solution
is mixed fully automatically by the Solumix system.
The Wash-tronic FUTURE or the PLC-System works together with a weighing
device to regulate water and detergent flow so that the required concentration
is achieved exactly in the mixing tank. The dosed quantities of stock solution
are controlled by a flow meter.
Special attention has been given to easy operation and high reliability
in developing this system.
The fully automatic solution
The Solumix dosage system works fully automatically. The system detects
whenever a new mixture is required, and proceeds accordingly without manual
intervention. The dosage system works continuously with the separate mixture
tank, so that there are no production time losses or dosage fluctuations
due to stock solution preparation.
Large production capacities
The Solumix stock solution system is supplied from a 200 - 700 kg returnable
"big bag" package. This allows for production capacities of up
to 60 tons of textiles per detergent package.
Exact stock solution mixture – exact dosage
The solution is made up fully automatically by means of sensitive load cells.
Water and product are added independently of each other until the required
stock solution concentration is achieved. When dispensing into the washing
machines, the actually dosed quantity is recorded by an additional flow
meter and transfered on to the control unit, which stops the dosing procedure
as soon as the correct product quantity has been dispensed. This makes the
Solumix dosage system one of the most precise stock solution and dosage
systems available.
Highly reliable
The important system components, such as pumps and valves, are duplicated
so that Solumix offers excellent operational security. |
