The Wash-tronic FUTURE is the further development of our proven PLC ontrolling
system. Due to integrated circuits, it is possible to transfer the entire
PLC functionality to much smaller dimensions.
The Wash-tronic FUTURE manages all the dosing steps for the washing machines.
With the modular software, dosing processes can be programmed with a maximum
of flexibility in respect to dispensing times, rinsing processes or alarms
along with many other functions.
Provided with an input on the actual load of the washing machines, the Wash-tronic
FUTURE doses the right amount of chemicals for the textiles in each machine.
The Wash-tronic FUTURE guarantees the correct dosage at any time, and helps
to optimise the consumption of detergents and auxiliaries in order to decrease
and control costs.
The Wash-tronic FUTURE is driven by several multicontrollers (MCT = MultiController
Technology). With the MCT-Technology inside, the management of the entire
dispensing is no longer supervised by one single controller. The different
independent controllers monitor each other and generate alarms in case of
a failure. The Wash-tronic FUTURE is one of the most secure and reliable
controlling systems available to professional laundries.
Due to the communication technology and the modular concept of the Wash-
tronic FUTURE, the installation as well as upgrades can be done easily with
reduced production downtimes.
An easy to use PC-software allows the comfortable input and change of washing
programs as well as the input of all other required data. The ability to
use different data management software systems like H.E.L.M.S. or Data Basis
Control (B.D.C.) makes the Wash-tronic FUTURE the
ultimate controlling unit for high performance applications in professional
laundry plants.
