Water Recycling

The water recycling system for your operations: Ecolab Reverse Osmosis

Water

Water and effluent costs are rising significantly throughout Europe, and becoming an ever larger part of the operating cost of professional laundries. With H.E.R.O. you can significantly reduce the consumption of water on your CBW. 80% water savings are realistic.

Energy

The recycled water has already been heated to 60°C.Therefore, H.E.R.O. prevents energy from going down the drain.

- lower steam requirements
- shorter drying times

Capacity

H.E.R.O. can help you win production capacity, as the textiles arrive in the finishing area with a higher temperature from the CBW. That higher temperature translates into shorter finishing times and increased finishing capacity. More finishing capacity often means improved productivity (less investment in finishing equipment, lower personnel costs per finished article).

Quality

H.E.R.O. supplies recycled water of drinking quality to continuous batch washers (CBWs). This quality of water is again reflected in the washing result, as water is the most important chemical in your processes. The treated water is without bacterial contamination, and requires no additional softening.

Minimum space required

The process integrated solution used in H.E.R.O. does not need buffer tanks. The recycled water is reused immediately in the CBW, so that the space requirements in the laundry are minimal.

Service

Chemistry, washing process and water recycling form one unit. On-going optimisation is therefore a key factor. Special detergents from our own production guarantee system compatibility. We remain at your assistance even after installation of the recycling plant. Spare parts service and regular maintenance are part and parcel of the system.
