Compactomix III – The third generation
All of the experience gained through over 350 paste installations in Europe
contributed to the development of the Compactomix III. The result is a dispensing
system, which increases the advantages of using paste detergents to a new
level. With the Pur control sensor system, the Compactomix III provides
the exact and validated dosage of the Compactat line of detergents. The
combination of Compactomix III and Pur control represents the newest in
laundry technology for accurate and convenient detergent dispensing. One
drum of Compactat product washes between 30 and 50 tons of textiles depending
on the classification.
Reliable dispensing
Every fault in the dosage equipment causes loss of production. Perfect functioning
is a key factor in economical operation. Compactomix III is equiped only
with low-wear components, resulting in a long service life, low maintenance
costs and high operating reliability.
High dosage accuracy
An extruder pump in the dosage equipment is responsible for the volumetric
feed of the paste detergent. Extremely precise dosage is possible due to
a powerful motor.
Exact dosage quantity control (Pur Control)
Pur Control together with Wash-tronic FUTURE or the PLC dosage control comprises
a system of sensors and controls which keep on dispensing until the required
quantity of product is in the machine. The actually dispensed quantity of
paste is registered for each procedure. This makes Pur Control the ideal
aid for reliable wash processes, and thus for quality assurance and process
validation. |
