The Ecoguard Programme
This kitchen hygiene programme brings real efficiency to your kitchen hygiene.
It goes beyond products and includes regular service through your Ecolab
Territory Manager, employee training, back-up material as well as service
reporting. The innovative products and systems allow you to operate safely,
free of problems and cost efficiently. Our colour coded products and pictorial
training system will ensure a high level of staff safety. Your Ecolab Territory
Manager has a real grip on all key factors for efficient kitchen hygiene
and will install a cleaning system that is customised to meet your needs.
Service
Your Territory Manager surveys your kitchen, customises the Ecoguard
programme, trains your staff, regularly observes your hygiene procedures
and takes corrective actions wherever necessary.
Training
Employee training promotes consistent and efficient hygiene operations in
compliance with HACCP. Training programmes are available for environment,
safety, procedures and cost control. The special focus is on reducing your
labour, utilities and cleaning costs.
Full back-up
Customised kitchen hygiene plans and point-of-use charts help you to meet
HACCP legislation. Pictogrammes and consistent colour-coding provide a fool-proof
system.
Customer service report
On a regular bases your Territory Manager checks and reports key hygiene
factors on a written service report. This report monitors the hygiene status
and helps you comply with HACCP. Regular review with your Territory Manager
also helps identify opportunities for additional savings.
Equipment
Wherever needed, you receive customised installations and equipment options
fitting your unique needs. The backbone are the Oasis Systems providing
cost control through accurate, constant dosage.
