Your Territory Manager provides regular service and ensures that the cleaning systems meet your needs. He will be available to resolve any cleaning issues you may be confronted with, train your staff and, if asked, observe the use of products and take corrective actions to the staff's procedures, if required.
 
Training
 
Employee training promotes consistent and efficient hygiene operations. The special focus is on ensuring a maximum hygiene standard at low costs through training staff on cleaning procedures and safety aspects.
 
Full back-up
 
A selection of cleaning procedure point-of-use charts and a choice of wallcharts are available to ensure that the training is reinforced.
 
Customer service report
 
If asked, your Ecolab Territory Manager will check a specifically reported cleaning issue or survey the cleaning results and make recommendations on a written service report. A regular review of this report with your Territory Manager also helps identify opportunities for additional savings.
 
Equipment
 
Wherever needed, you receive customised installations and equipment options fitting your unique needs. The backbone are the Oasis Systems providing cost control through accurate, constant dosage.
 
Premium products
