The PLC control unit is used for very special and unique
requirements in professional laundries. Based on the functionality of the
Wash-tronic FUTURE, the PLC control unit can be easily added to the laundry
control system.
If the Ecolab Laundry Management System is linked to the PLC unit, data
is transferred online to the PC where it can be visualized, analyzed and
stored in a data base for further documentation.
Simple operation
The terminal in the cabinet displays the important information about the
actual dosage steps including alarm messages and system status. The operator
can quickly correct process deviations.
Online process supervision
The dosing processes are viewed online in real time. Process parameters
such as temperatures, conductivity and pH-values are displayed with trend
analysis. All dosing parameters are constantly controlled in order to guarantee
a high level of process security.
Quick online service access
All our PLC cabinets are equipped with a modem. If there is a telephone
line in the laundry connected with the modem, Ecolab can provide a "Service
online". The system provides quick diagnoses of process problems and
real time checks are easily executed from our Ecolab service centers throughout
Europe. That's service as required in the laundry.
Measurement and control instead of just dispensing
With the Pur Control and Wash-tronic exact sensors, the PLC unit and Wash-tronic
FUTURE are able to control and document the dosage of paste detergents and
liquid auxiliaries. The sensors provide the necessary signals to dispense
the programmed amounts of product - no more and no less. The exact dosage
provides the ideal tool for process validation as part of a quality management
system. Along with constant quality, the metered use of detergents and auxiliaries
provides optimum economy.
Flexibility through modern design
The PLC unit is designed to allow you to expand your operations with maximum
