Advanced peracid sanitizer for dairy processing plants.
Matrixx patented chemistry is pH range tolerant and provides
antimicrobial activity in most conditions, including colder
water temperatures, down to 40° F (4° C). Matrixx was developed to enhance efficacy for a wide
range of microorganisms over a wider range of dairy plant
operating conditions, thus providing an alternative to
conventional sanitizers.
