EBS stands for Ecolab Business Solution and involves the design and implementation of a common SAP platform for all Ecolab business processes across Europe.
Your new tasks...
Ø Customizing of CRM modules of SAP, in particular in the area of Sales, Service and Contract management and integration into other SAP modules and systems including the related replication using middleware
Ø Drive resolution of defects, and help implement change requests
Ø Write the applicable functional & technical documentation
Ø Create any applicable functional and technical specifications for Interfaces, Conversion, Forms, Reports and Enhancements and support external and internal development
Ø Create detailed testing scenarios and perform testing
Ø Develop training materials and assist in training lead users
Ø Assist in integration of additional and local requirements into the global template
Ø Participate and actively support country rollouts
We are looking for...
Ø University degree and/or degree in Computer Science
Ø Min. 3 years CRM experience in addition to at least one other area of SAP
Ø Configuration and data migration experience, basic comfort in understanding & implementing custom design requirements using BADIs, User exits, Event customizing etc.
Ø SAP de-bugging skills & IC Webclient awareness would be a definite plus
Ø Participation in at least one complete SAP implementation project (from design to rollout)
Ø A comprehensive understanding of SAP order-to-cash business processes including reporting thereon
Ø Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
Ø Good written and verbal communication skills
Ø Good presentation skills
Ø Willingness to travel mainly in Europe
Ø Flexible and at ease in an international environment
Ø Ability to work in an international team
Ø Fluency in English is mandatory, any additional European language is a plus
