EBS stands for Ecolab Business Solution and involves the design and implementation of a common SAP platform for all Ecolab business processes across Europe.
Your new tasks...
Ø Lead configuration, documentation, testing, and training of business processes surrounding distributor sales and finance in accordance with global blueprint requirements and approved localization gaps Distributor finance covers processing of sellout data and rebate calculations ("billbacks") including accruals and credit note processing
Ø Support rollout of global design and identification of localization needs
Ø Bridge between the project team and required country SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) and process Stakeholders
We are looking for...
Ø Specialist for distributor sales and finance with a minimum 8 years experience either as an SAP-IT consultant or business user, e.g. distributor key account manager, controller, or customer service billing specialist
Ø University graduate or equivalent
Ø Experience in SAP SD and/or CRM system environment
Ø Experience in EDI
Ø End to end order-to-cash process understanding
Ø Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
Ø Good written and verbal communication skills
Ø Good presentation skills
Ø Willingness to travel mainly in Europe
Ø Flexible and at ease in an international environment
Ø Ability to work in an international team
Ø Fluency in English is mandatory, any additional European language is a plus
