Regulatory Specialist (m/f)

For our location in Düsseldorf we are looking for a Regulatory Specialist (f/m).
Your new tasks...
Ø Leading Ecolab regulatory coordination efforts to rationalize and manage Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) products
Ø Coordinating and preparing efforts for REACH policy impacts on QSR’s product line,
Ø e.g. follow-up with the raw material supplier on the status of raw material registration according to REACH or coordinate the evaluation of raw materials according to REACH
Ø Coordinating efforts to rationalize and manage QSR biocide products. Preparing, submitting, negotiating, and securing all necessary biocide product registrations, as needed
Ø Developing excellent relationships with applicable registration agencies
Ø Updating changing regulations that impact QSR products and company
Ø Assisting with other product registration and compliance projects, as needed.
Ø Coordinating and supporting QSR’s European and local efforts in the area of product safety (MSDS, Labels, Detergent Regulation, GHS, Sustainable development)
Ø Responding to customer regulatory requests
We are looking for...
Ø Graduate level in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences or similar
Ø 1-2 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, incl. working directly with legal, R&D, operations and marketing departments
Ø Good MS-Office skills
Ø Fluent English language skills
Ø Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
Ø Independent work-style, proactivity
