NPO (Non-Profit Organizations) Grants:

To qualify for an Ecolab NPO grant, a 501 (c) 3 organization (per the IRS Pub 78) must provide services in one of the regional geographies listed above and fall within one of our four strategic areas of giving: 

  • Youth & Education:  programs to promote youth development, particularly youth at-risk
  • Civic & Community Development:  affordable housing, work readiness, crisis assistance and hunger relief
  • Environment & Conservation:  hands-on environmental learning programs
  • Arts & Culture:  arts education for children and youth, as well as support for museums and the performing arts

For 2018 funding consideration, the applications process will open May 15, 2018 at 12 noon central time.

Deadline to submit applications is August 3, 2018, 11:59 p.m. central time.

Decisions will be made by the end of November and communicated via e-mail to the applicant.

Visions for Learning Educator Grants:  This program has been discontinued. Funds previously allocated through the Visions for Learning program will now be available through the above NPO Grants program.  Please note that the NPO grant program is for 501 (c) (3) organizations per the IRS Pub 78 publication.  Some school foundations, PTO/PTA and other educational organizations may have this classification and would be able to apply for an NPO grant.
