Greg Cook is executive vice president and president, Institutional Group for Ecolab Inc.
Greg Cook is executive vice president and president, Institutional Group for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources.
In this role, Cook is responsible for Ecolab’s Institutional business, which provides food safety and cleaning and sanitizing solutions to the foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, lodging, long-term care and commercial building markets.
Previously, Cook was executive vice president and general manager of Global Institutional. During his 26-year tenure at Ecolab, Cook has held key finance, sales and general management roles across Food & Beverage, Textile Care and Institutional, including senior vice president of Global Corporate Accounts, senior vice president and general manager of Institutional Latin America, president of the Latin America Region, and senior vice president and general manager of Global Pest Elimination. He began his career at Ecolab in 1997 as a senior financial analyst.
He is a member of the National Restaurant Association Board of Directors. Past board advisory member of the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance, Distinguished Restaurants of North America, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, and the World Travel & Tourism Council.
Cook holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
