ST. PAUL, Minn., - August 6, 2026 - Ecolab Inc., a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services, has been recognized as one of the World's Top Disability Inclusive BusinessesTM on the Disability Index® for the sixth consecutive year. The recognition reflects Ecolab's ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where associates of all abilities can contribute, grow and help deliver strong results for customers and communities around the world.
Administered by Disability:IN, the Disability Index is the leading global benchmark that helps companies evaluate and advance disability inclusion across their business. Trusted by more than 70% of Fortune 100 companies, the index recognizes organizations making measurable progress in creating accessible and inclusive workplaces.
The recognition reflects Ecolab’s continued focus on building an inclusive workplace where associates of all abilities can contribute, grow and help the company deliver for customers and communities around the world. It also reinforces the connection between inclusive leadership, innovation and high-performing teams.
“Every associate deserves the opportunity to be seen, supported and empowered to succeed,” said Dexter Davis, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. “When we create that kind of environment, we build stronger teams, unlock new ideas and help people do their best work.”
Ecolab’s efforts include programs and resources that support associates with disabilities and caregivers, equip managers to lead more inclusively and improve access to workplace accommodations. Recent initiatives include Neurodiversity in the Workplace training, manager education focused on disability inclusion, mental health and wellness programming, and updates to make U.S. accommodations resources easier to access and navigate.
The company’s Disability, Ability and Well-being Network, known as DAWN, has played an important role in advancing this work. Through advocacy, education and partnership, DAWN helps strengthen the associate experience and build awareness across Ecolab. That impact extends beyond the workplace, creating opportunities for associates to connect, learn and support inclusion within their communities.
One example came in June, when dozens of Ecolab associates, family members and friends volunteered to support the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minnesota. Ecolab volunteers joined thousands of others to support more than 2,800 athletes from 52 states and territories through the company-sponsored activation and individual volunteer efforts. Together, they helped create opportunities for connection, celebration and inclusion that left a lasting impact on athletes, families and fans alike.
These efforts reflect what this recognition means for Ecolab. While this recognition reflects meaningful progress, it also reinforces our commitment to continuing the work. Ecolab remains focused on strengthening a culture where all associates can contribute their ideas, drive innovation and help high-performing teams win.
