General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Nalco Company LLC
North America Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in a written agreement between Ecolab and Customer, the following North America shipping terms shall apply:
- All North America domestic shipments are FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point).
- Title and risk of loss transfer upon tender to the carrier at the Ecolab shipping location.
- Freight may be prepaid and added, freight collect, or freight allowed, but freight payment terms do not alter the transfer of title or risk.
