Marcello Napol is senior vice president and general manager of Global Healthcare for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people, planet, and business health.
Prior to this role, he served as senior vice president and general manager of North America Healthcare, where he was instrumental in leading an aggressive growth strategy that elevated the business for both customers and the team.
Napol joined Ecolab in August of 2022 after a successful 27-year career with 3M Company, where he held multiple business and functional leadership roles. He has extensive experience across the value chain, including sales, marketing, innovation, supply chain, strategy, M&A and business development. Napol also serves on the Board of Directors for HealthPartners Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Napol holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and honors business administration (Ivey Business School) from Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
