Clean-in-Place (CIP) Solutions: These deliver a tailored approach to food and beverage cleaning systems. Ecolab CIP solutions have helped Nestlé optimize cleaning performance, improve turnaround time, reduce costs, boost productivity and lower water and energy use.
One way that Nestlé has achieved these results is through a cold CIP process – which reduces energy usage through lower water temperature – along with Ecolab’s proprietary chemistry solutions. This lessens the amount of time, energy and water needed for cleaning and sanitizing.
3D TRASAR™ Technology: Powered by ECOLAB3D™, this automation program optimizes water systems by combining smart technology, Connected Chemistry™ capabilities, extensive expertise and actionable insights. Our 3D TRASAR™ technology has helped protect equipment to maximize efficiency for water, energy and emissions savings.
Other innovative technologies, such as biological waste treatment solutions, have helped Nestlé reduce wastewater and solid waste, boosting compliance, saving time and lowering costs.
Nestlé and Ecolab are also working closely on Total Plant Assessment (TPA) audits, which provide a holistic, end-to-end review of water and energy use at Nestlé facilities, followed by recommendations for conservation of these vital resources.
