Distributor Returns Policy
Effective July 1, 2021 we are returning to our standard product returns policy. In 2020, we instituted a no returns policy for COVID-related product effective April 15, 2020 which has elapsed as of June 30, 2021. Orders placed for those products prior to July 1, 2021 are subject to the COVID policy and are not eligible for return.

Ecolab values all Distributors and our commitment to product quality and superior service is supported by a fair and reasonable return policy that best addresses Distributor concerns and manages costs, security of return supply chain, and compliance with applicable laws.
This policy applies to all Distributors by region and/or country, is effective on the dates within the documents below and supersedes and nullifies all previous return policies. Ecolab reserves the right to update and change all or any portion of this Policy without prior notice.
For purposes of this Policy, a Distributor is defined as a party that purchases Ecolab Products or equipment for the purpose of reselling such Product or equipment to an End User. This policy applies to purchases made by a Distributor, prior to the Distributor’s resale of the Product to an end user. A Product consists of anything Ecolab sells not including services. Returns are subject to a standard re-stocking fee, unless due to an Ecolab error.
