After installing our Remote Equipment Monitoring solution, a customer discovered that the latch on their walk-in cooler was not closing properly, leading to the temperatures inside to increase closer to the danger zone. By using our solution, our customer was able to receive a notification that the temperature was rising and were able to get the proper repairs done before the it reached the point they would have had to discard over $10,000 worth of refrigerated food. We have had several customers using our monitoring solution discover that their equipment was not cooling as well and as consistent as they thought it was.
