Consent to receive texts is voluntary. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 326522. After you send “STOP,” we will send a one-time confirmation message to let you know you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you change your mind and want to re-subscribe later, simply sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can text “HELP” to 326522 at any time for assistance. We will respond with instructions or a link for support. You can also get help directly by contacting our support team at 1-800-352-5326 or support@ecolab.com (our toll-free number and email).

Ecolab and the carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not charge you for the messages you send or receive on this service, but your carrier or wireless provider may charge you for messages and data. You are responsible for any such charges billed by your mobile provider.

You will receive multiple, recurring messages each month as part of this program. Message frequency may vary if you interact with us (for example, by sending a HELP request) or if you enroll in multiple services.

We respect your privacy. Data obtained from you in connection with this text messaging service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information you provide to us as part of this service. We may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from us. We also use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes (but isn’t limited to) sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
