Strengthen, protect, and reduce dusting on concrete and terrazzo floors
Concrete & Terrazzo Densifier is a colloidal silica-based concrete hardener and densifier that prevents dusting and increases durability of concrete slab floors. The low surface tension and nano-particle size penetrate the concrete to increase the surface hardness, making it withstand abrasion, chemical resistance and hold a better polish. Concrete & Terrazzo Densifier reacts with the lime in concrete and even bonds to non-Portland cement overlays. The lower product pH benefits customer use and material waste.

- Lower pH chemistry is safer for employee use and waste systems
- Works on non-Portland overlays
- Dilutable chemistry (1:4) for cost effective use
- Coverage rate = 300 - 1000 ft2/gal
Use
- Hardener and densifier prevents dusting and increases the durability of concrete slab floors
- Use after 200 or 400 grit polish or prior to first DIP pad to harden substrate and hold gloss longer
