The Bioquell Bio-Decontamination Process

ProteQ - Step 1

Preparation

The bio-decontamination generator warms up. Before starting, surface exposure should be maximized, but you do not need to change the temperature or humidity levels.

ProteQ - Step 2

Vaporization

The bio-decontamination generator distributes vapor into the enclosed area and fills the space, forming micro-condensation on exposed surfaces.

ProteQ - Step 3

Dwell

With vaporization complete, the enclosed area is at a standstill, allowing the peroxide to dwell on exposed surfaces and kill microorganisms through oxidation.

ProteQ - Step 4

Aeration

Aeration units convert the vapor into water vapor and oxygen using catalytic conversion or the HVAC system. The room is immediately available for use after this step.
